Refund Policy

At Civil Host Server Hosting ("Civil Host," "we," "us," or "our"), we offer our users ("you" or "your") a 24 hour refund policy after paying for your first order.

Time period

1.1 After Purchase: When you purchase a service you have 24 Hours to use it and request a refund. We will ask for the reason why you are requesting a refund and will try to find a solution to your problem.

1.2 Right to refuse: In the event you purchase a service and would want a refund, we have the right to refuse a refund if we deem your reason to be invalid. Such reasons could be but are not limited to: Testing Servers, I wanted to see your IP, etc.

Response Time

2.1 Support Response: In the event we take longer than your 24 Hour period to respond to your refund request, you will not be affected by the time spent waiting. You will still be eligible for refund.

2.2 User Response: In the event a user takes longer than 24 hours after support response to reply, we will deem your refund request ineligible.

Refund Method

3.1 Refunding: We will only refund the exact payment method you used to purchase a service..

3.2 Service Cancellation: After refunding a service, the service will be instantly canceled.
